From Istanbul I am flying to Bangkok for a few weeks to rest and vaccinate myself. From Bangkok I am flying to Manila in the Philippines. I was originally going to start in China but found out in November it's pretty much winter (cool and rain)...no thanks. Besides backwards is always a fun way!

So unless I can find a boat ride for a reasonable price, I will be flying from Puerto Princesa to Bali (it's such a rough life going from one tropical vista to another!)

May want to reconsider Turkey on your route given the current political unrest there?
